We currently ship to the contiguous 48 states within the United States.

Please Note:

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you haven’t registered an account, you can still track your order by emailing us at info@voltbison.com with your name and order number. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Important:
If your order status shows “delivered” but you have not received your bike, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

After this period, we may no longer be able to assist, and you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.
